Renewal Work definition

Renewal Work means maintenance, repair, reconstruction, rehabilitation, restoration, renewal or replacement of any Maintained Element of a type that is not normally included as an annually recurring cost in highway maintenance and repair budgets.
Renewal Work has the meaning specified in the Project Agreement. “Required Creditors” has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Renewal Work means corrective action to be performed by LEP or a Project SPE to restore normal operation of a Covered Asset.

Renewal Work means any lifecycle maintenance, repair, renewal, reconstruction or replacement work of any portion or component of the Concessionaire-operated Components, as applicable, of a type that is not normally included as an annually recurring cost in commuter rail line maintenance and repair budgets.

Renewal Work means all Work described in Section 23 of the Requirements and Provisions for Work that is not Routine Maintenance, including the renewal, repair or replacement of worn-out, obsolete, damaged or under-performing components so that the Project Facilities do not prematurely deteriorate and remain fully functional.
