Rent Concessions definition

Rent Concessions means any remaining rent concessions for the Leases used to determine Gross Potential Rent (other than any concessions already accounted for in the determination of Gross Potential Rent above) to the extent such rent concessions relate to the forward 12-month period at the time of determination.
Rent Concessions. Resident is granted a $<<ConcessionAmount1>> per month reduction in the monthly Base Rent for the period from <<Conc From DATE>> to <<Conc To DATE>>. The monthly rent identified above is the amount due before application of the rent concession.

Rent Concessions shall have the meaning set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
