Rent Review Notice definition

Rent Review Notice means a notice given by the Landlord under clauses 3.2 of the Landlord’s assessment of the Base Rent to apply from the relevant Market Review Date. Requirements means requirements, notices, orders or directions received from or given by any Authority. Review Period in respect of a Market Review Date or Licence Fee Market Review Date means the period:
Rent Review Notice means a notice in writing setting out the Rent that the Lessor considers to be the appropriate rental for the Premises;
