Rent Transfer Period definition

Rent Transfer Period means, for each Aircraft to be Delivered, the period from the Initial Closing Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Calculation Date thereafter and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Calculation Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Calculation Date.
