  • Upon receipt of this notice, each Qualified Organization that intends to purchase the Rental Housing Accommodation shall deliver an offer within the time period specified in subsection [description of remaining time for QOs in this subsection above].

  • All covenants created in accordance with this Section [Price Stabilization] shall be recorded before or simultaneously with the close of escrow in the office of the county recorder where the Rental Housing Accommodation is located and shall contain a legal description of the Rental Housing Accommodation, indexed to the name of the TOPA Buyer as grantee.
