Rental Residential Square Footage definition

Rental Residential Square Footage means Square Footage that is or is expected to be used for one or more of the following uses: (i) Rental Units; (ii) any type of group or student housing that provides lodging for a week or more and may or may not have individual cooking facilities, including but not limited to boarding houses, dormitories, housing operated by medical institutions, and single room occupancy units; or (iii) a residential care facility that is not staffed by licensed medical professionals. The Review Authority shall make the determination as to the amount of Rental Residential Square Footage on a Taxable Parcel in the STD.

In calculating the "Rentable Square Feet" of the Premises or the Building, the area contained within the exterior walls of the Building stairs, fire towers, vertical ducts, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks and major pipe shafts will be excluded.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Rentable Area when applied to the Premises, is that area equal to the usable area of the Premises, plus an equitable allocation of Rentable Area within the Building that is not then utilized or expected to be utilized as usable area, including that portion of the Building devoted to corridors, equipment rooms, restrooms, elevator lobby, atrium and mailroom.

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • Net Rentable Area means, with respect to any Real Estate, the floor area of any buildings, structures or other improvements available for leasing to tenants determined in accordance with the Rent Roll for such Real Estate, the manner of such determination to be reasonably consistent for all Real Estate of the same type unless otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.
