Student Housing Sample Clauses
Student Housing. The eastern-most building proposed on the Property will be approximately 460,000 square feet in size and will contain up to 333 units designed specifically as student housing. The building will have both indoor and outdoor amenity space suited to its resident population. Garage parking will be provided under the building.
Student Housing. For the purpose of this Contract, the following areas are defined as Student Housing: ▇▇▇▇ Residence Hall, Centennial Village, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Texan Hall, Plaza Verde, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Apartments (including any use of these facilities as overflow/temporary housing). Student housing is not an open, public forum. As such, no distribution of neither materials nor any sales, solicitation, or advertising shall occur without prior written authorization from the Director of Housing and Residential Programs.
Student Housing. Bargaining unit members shall not be required to enter a residence used for housing students in the absence of a houseparent or administrative staff member, when students are present. Moreover, bargaining unit members shall not be required to perform work in a residence used for housing students, when students are present in the work area and a houseparent or administrative staff member is not available to supervise the students in that area.
Student Housing. This Contract grants the student a limited license to use and occupy an initially assigned room, apartment, dorm or unit in a University residence hall or apartment in a University-owned building (collectively, along with Expanded Student Housing (as defined in Section IX(e) below), the foregoing housing are referred to as the “Student Housing”) under the terms and conditions stated in this Contract, without vesting any property or possessory interests in the student or establishing a landlord/tenant relationship between the student and the University. This Contract is not subject to the restrictions of the City of Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance.

Student Housing. To provide adequate classroom space to house SEDOL special education students in sector programs, each Member District will provide at least one classroom for SEDOL classes for each ten (10) students, or fraction thereof, enrolled in a SEDOL sector classroom. In the event unique circumstances result in a hardship for a Member District to provide needed classrooms, that Member District shall initiate discussion with other districts in or contiguous to its sector, and those districts will collectively identify an alternative classroom site.
Student Housing. I understand this lease is the joint obligation of the Student and Guarantor and shall become legally binding upon the signing date, this includes all payments required herein. All terms and conditions will be fully enforced. I further understand that this lease is binding from date of move-in to end of spring semester. I understand that I shall, both jointly and individually, with my Guarantor, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the College, its employees, and agents against any and all claims. These claims shall include: damages, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, and any other expenses incurred by the student due to negligent act or omission by the student pursuant to the terms of this lease. This includes, without limitation, the student’s failure to fully observe and comply with all of the College’s policies and guidelines of student conduct. As possible condition of acceptance of such Student, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ College requires that all payment and performance obligations of the Student under the Lease (and policies of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ COLLEGE STUDENT HOUSING) be personally and unconditionally guaranteed by the Student’s parent, guardian or other sponsor (“Guarantor”). This requirement is in recognition of the fact that the Student may not have independent financial means, but this Guaranty shall be in force regardless of the financial means of the Student. The Guarantor represents that his or her relationship with the Student is as listed below.

While some campuses have indicated that they will move forward with plans to open in the Spring, the pullback by other institutions will keep demand below pre-pandemic levels for some time.
