RENTED GOODS definition

RENTED GOODS means any goods to be supplied to the BUYER on a lease basis.
RENTED GOODS means each and every article or thing or any part thereof described in the Order to be rented by GEOxyz. Representatives: in respect to the relevant Party, Party’s Affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, advisors (including, without limitation, financial advisors, counsels and accountants), controlling persons or financial institutions that need to know the Confidential Information in connection with the Purpose. Services: means the services described in the Order and includes the performance of all incidental or other work or services, and the provision of all materials, deliverables, software, consultancy services and equipment, necessary to allow or assist the performance of the Services.
