As soon as practical thereafter the expenses of such sale shall be paid and the Special Servicer shall reimburse itself for any related unreimbursed Servicing Advances, unpaid Servicing Fees, unreimbursed Monthly Advances made pursuant to this Section or Section 4.03 or the REO Disposition Fee.
The Company shall be entitled to deduct the REO Disposition Fee directly from the REO Disposition proceeds prior to distribution of the REO Distribution Proceeds to the REO Owner.
