Repetition Date definition

Repetition Date has the meaning given to it in clause 16.2 (Repetition);
Repetition Date means the first day of each Interest Period (other than on the first day of the first Interest Period for a Loan).
Repetition Date means each date from the first Issue Date until the Discharge Date.

  • Offering Termination Date means the last day of each March, June, September and December following an Offering Commencement Date, or such other Offering Termination Date established in connection with a Terminating Event.

  • Formation Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.

  • Origination Date means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the date of the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan, unless such information is not provided by the Borrower with respect to such Mortgage Loan, in which case the Origination Date shall be deemed to be the date that is 40 days prior to the date of the first payment under the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan.

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (i) as to the REVOLVING NOTES, November 1, 2012, as to the TERM NOTES, October 31, 2016, (ii) the date the OBLIGATIONS are accelerated pursuant to this AGREEMENT, and (iii) the date ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT has received (a) notice in writing from BORROWER of BORROWER’s election to terminate this AGREEMENT and (b) indefeasible payment in full of the OBLIGATIONS.
