Replacement for Severed Provision. In the event any Article or Section of this Agreement shall be held contrary to law, the parties agree to meet and negotiate within forty-five (45) days after such determination for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement for such Article or Section after appropriate public sunshining of new initial proposals.
