Replacement Investor definition

Replacement Investor has the meaning given to such term at Clause 23.19(a) (Second Terrapin Purchase Agreement).
Replacement Investor has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(e)(vi).
Replacement Investor has the meaning specified in Section 7.7(5).

  • Effective upon the appointment of the Replacement Investor Designee to the Board, such Replacement Investor Designee will be considered the Investor Designee for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Independent Investment Bank means one of the Reference Treasury Dealers that the Issuer appoints to act as the Independent Investment Bank from time to time.

  • Original Purchaser means the original purchaser of the Bonds designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award.

  • Initial Holder has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Designated Investor means an Investor (a) that has been approved in writing as a Designated Investor by Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders, in their sole discretion, and (b) in respect of which there has been delivered to Administrative Agent:
