Reporting Annexes definition

Reporting Annexes means (i) the Annex to the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 148/2013 of 19 December 2012 and published 23 February 2013 in the Official Journal of the European Union; and (ii) the Annex to the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1247/2012 of 19 December 2012 and published 21 December 2012 in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Reporting Annexes means the Annexes to the EMIR Reporting Technical Standards.

  • Exhibits means the several exhibits referred to and identified in this Agreement.

References to any statute or act shall include all related current regulations and all amendments and any successor statutes, acts and regulations. References to any statute or act, without additional reference, shall be deemed to refer to federal statutes and acts of the United States.   • Form 8-K Disclosure Information As defined in Section 11.07.

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

  • Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate executed by the District and dated the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Disclosure Information As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • EEA Agreement means the Agreement on the European Economic Area signed at Oporto on 2nd May 1992 as adjusted by the Protocol signed at Brussels on 17th March 1993;

  • Transparency Information means the content of this Contract in its entirety, including from time to time agreed changes to the Contract, and details of any payments made by the Authority to the Contractor under the Contract;

  • Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.

  • Limited Exchange Act Reporting Obligations The obligations of the Master Servicer under Section 3.16(b), Section 6.02 and Section 6.04 with respect to notice and information to be provided to the Depositor and Article XI (except Section 11.07(a)(1) and (2)).

  • Tax Compliance Certificate as defined in Section 5.9.2(b)(iii).

  • ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Data qualifier means a specified character (or string of characters) that immediately precedes a data field that defines the general category or intended use of the data that follows.

  • Current Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Prospectus Delivery Period means such period of time after the first date of the public offering of the Shares as in the opinion of counsel for the Underwriters a prospectus relating to the Shares is required by law to be delivered (or required to be delivered but for Rule 172 under the Securities Act) in connection with sales of the Shares by any Underwriter or dealer.
