Reporting Delegate definition

Reporting Delegate means a third party appointed by Danske Bank, including without limitation a central clearing counterparty approved or recognised under EMIR, to report all or part of the Reporting Information.

Reporting Delegate means a third party including, without limitation, a CCP, appointed by Party A and/or Party B to report the Counterparty Data in relation to one or both parties and/or the Common Data by the Reporting Deadline to the Relevant Trade Repository.38

• If the Reporting Delegate appoints a Third Party Service Provider, it will notify the Client of such appointment as soon as reasonably practicable.

• Nothing in this clause 6.2 shall be prejudicial to the Customer’s rights under any other agreement to dispute or challenge any valuation made by Danske Bank, another member of the Danske Bank Group, a Reporting Delegate or a central clearing counterparty in respect of a Relevant Transaction or collateral posted in respect thereof.

• The Reporting Delegate reserves the right to change their Trade Repository without prior notice to the Client.
