Administrative hearing means a type of hearing that an appellant may elect in which the presiding officer reviews the written record only and makes a decision based on the facts available within the appeal file. An administrative hearing does not require an in-person or teleconference hearing. The final determination to establish whether an administrative hearing may be held will be made by the appeals section or the presiding officer.
Request for an accounting means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient provide an accounting of the unpaid obligations secured by collateral and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
Solicitation” or "Request for Applications (RFA means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.
Hearing Officer means any individual or board charged with the duty of rendering decisions at any stage on grievances hereunder.
Administrative Director refers to that individual or authorized designee, empowered by the State to make final and binding executive decisions on behalf of the State.
Permanency hearing means a hearing, conducted with respect to a child who is in foster care, to determine the permanency plan for the child which includes:

Presidential Primary Election means the election established in Chapter 9, Part
Claims Administration means the processing of claims made under the Shared Policies, including the reporting of claims to the insurance carriers, management and defense of claims and providing for appropriate releases upon settlement of claims.
Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit G, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, on behalf of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).
Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
Administrative merits determination means certain notices or findings of labor law violations issued by an enforcement agency following an investigation. An administrative merits determination may be final or be subject to appeal or further review. To determine whether a particular notice or finding is covered by this definition, it is necessary to consult section II.B. in the DOL Guidance.
Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
Request for Credit Extension means (a) with respect to a Borrowing, conversion or continuation of Committed Loans, a Committed Loan Notice, (b) with respect to an L/C Credit Extension, a Letter of Credit Application, and (c) with respect to a Swing Line Loan, a Swing Line Loan Notice.
Administrative Office means Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston, 9 Riverside Road, Weston, MA 02493.
General Administrative Claim means any Administrative Claim, including Cure Claims, other than a Professional Fee Claim.

Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.
Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.
Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.
Administrative Instructions means the Administrative Instructions under the Treaty;
