Requesting Unit definition

Requesting Unit means any Unit requesting assistance of another Unit under this Agreement.

  • In accordance with a Party’s policies and within the authority provided to its Chief Officer, upon an Aiding Unit’s receipt of a request from a Requesting Unit for Emergency Services, the Chief Officer, or the Chief Officer’s designee such as the ranking officer on duty, may commit the requested Mutual Aid in the form of equipment, Emergency Responders, and Emergency Services to the assistance of the Requesting Unit.
