Examples of Required Alteration in a sentence
Lessee, at its own expense, shall make such alterations, additions or modifications or improvements (each, a "Required Alteration") to the Equipment as may be required from time to time to meet the requirements of Applicable Law or Governmental Action.
Tenant shall comply with the provisions of clauses (a) and (d) of this Section 8.1 in connection with any Required Alteration.
