Required Approvals and Consents means the approvals, consents, orders, registrations, declarations and filings listed on Schedule 8.4 of the Company Disclosure Schedules.

Examples of Required Approvals and Consents in a sentence

  • All Required Approvals and Consents necessary for the consummation of the Second Closing (including, without limitation, the Ownership Approval) shall have been obtained.

Related to Required Approvals and Consents

  • Required Approvals shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(e).
