Required Contracts definition

Required Contracts means the Contracts listed at Section 1.1(b) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
Required Contracts means the following agreements to which Company is a party pursuant to which BDI, BDI Subsidiaries and/or Restaurants are required to purchase products or services: · CCBCC Operations, LLC Customer Marketing Agreement, effective July 1, 2014, by and between Company and CCBCC Operations, LLC. · Master Distribution Agreement, effective May 7, 2012, by and between Company and US Foods, Inc., which shall be replaced in its entirety by Master Distribution Agreement, effective May 1, 2015, by and between Company and US Foods, Inc. · Master Product Supply Agreement, dated February 20, 2012, by and between National Welders Supply Company, Inc. (d/b/a Airgas National Carbonation) and Company.
Required Contracts has the meaning given to it in Section 4.13(b)(i);

  • The Architect or another qualified professional shall certify that the work can be done for the amount of the Required Contracts, which certificate may rely upon the certificate of a quantity surveyor as to costs, and if it does not, the Tenant shall retain a quantity surveyor to verify the costs as estimated and contained in the Required Contracts.

Required Contracts means (i) contract number 20 under the Drydxx Xxxl heading; and (ii) contract number 1 under the Ear Falls heading, on Schedule 6.10 to the Disclosure Statement.
