Required Credit Balance definition

Required Credit Balance means, as of the end of any Plan year, the funding standard account credit balance as of December 31, 2002, plus the funding standard account credit balance attributable to the Additional Contributions, plus the excess of required Minimum Contributions over required minimum payments, plus Future Financing Payments after January 1, 2003, all adjusted for interest to the end of the Plan year.
Required Credit Balance means, with respect to each Plan, the amount in each Plan's funding standard account determined in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.
Required Credit Balance shall have the meaning set forth in section III ------------------------ of this Agreement.

Examples of Required Credit Balance in a sentence

  • RJR shall maintain the Required Credit Balance for the term of this Agreement.

  • A statement that the contribution necessary to maintain each Plan's Required Credit Balance is not limited by the Maximum Tax Deductible Contribution Amount for the Plan Year, or, if the contribution is so limited, the statement shall contain details showing the calculation of the limitation and the reallocation to other Plans or to later Plan Years.

More Definitions of Required Credit Balance

Required Credit Balance means the credit balance required to be maintained for the USWA Plan by Section VI of this Agreement.
Required Credit Balance for each Plan means as of the end of any Plan Year, the funding standard account credit balance as of December 31, 1997, plus the excess each year of the Minimum Contributions for the Plan over the statutory funding requirements, all adjusted with interest to the end of the Plan Year, plus $200,000 (or the ratably reduced amount as the Letter of Credit is reduced) to each plan for each year that the Letter of Credit remains outstanding, plus the Letter of Credit amount to the extent it is paid the Plan(s).
Required Credit Balance shall be determined as follows:
Required Credit Balance for each of the Plans, as of the end of the plan year ending after December 31, 1997, the credit balance in the funding standard account maintained for each such plan pursuant to section 412 of the Code and 302 of ERISA as of December 31, 1997, adjusted for interest to the end of the plan year.
Required Credit Balance means the credit balance in the Funding Standard Account of the Retirement Plan required by this Agreement as of the end of each Plan Year through the Term as follows:
Required Credit Balance shall have the meaning set forth in Section V hereof. The Required Credit Balance shall be maintained until the Agreement terminates pursuant to Section IX hereof.
Required Credit Balance means, as of the end of any Plan Year, the amount of the Additional Cash Contributions paid or payable for such Plan Year and prior Plan Years, adjusted for interest at the end of the Plan Year. The Required Credit Balance shall be maintained until the Agreement terminates pursuant to Section VI hereof.
