Required Final Completion Date definition

Required Final Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3C.
Required Final Completion Date means the date set forth in the Project Schedule, as such date may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with this Agreement.
Required Final Completion Date means the date that is [ ] days from Substantial Completion, as such date may be extended for any Excusable Delay or adjusted by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with this Agreement.

(IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".
