Required Infrastructure definition

Required Infrastructure has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05(a).
Required Infrastructure shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(o).
Required Infrastructure means, subject to modification as described in Paragraph 9.2 below, (i) the work set forth on Exhibit E hereto, and (ii) such other infrastructure required for Buyer to obtain a certificate of occupancy for the Project, or a particular building of the Project, as applicable, as described in the Public Improvement Agreement. Any changes to the Required Infrastructure shall be subject to Buyer’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed; provided, however, that, notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer’s approval of changes to the Required Infrastructure shall not be required unless the changes shall (a) materially increase the cost or timing of completion of the Project, (b) have a material and adverse effect on the streets or utilities serving the Project, or (c) materially and adversely affect Buyer’s ability to obtain a certificate of occupancy for the Project.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 C.F.R. 184.4.
