  • Notwithstanding any provisions contained in the Transaction Documents, the requirement for Selected Loans to have in aggregate the Required Outstanding Principal Balance Amount shall not apply to a sale of Selected Loans in accordance with Clause 19.3.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Outstanding Principal Balances of each Class outstanding on such date.
