Required Participation Threshold definition

Required Participation Threshold has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 9.1 of this Settlement Agreement.
Required Participation Threshold has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.02(A). "Settlement Funds" has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.01.

  • The thirteenth part of the Required Participation Threshold is satisfied if, according to Exhibit E, the number of Phase One Class Members serving 250,001 to 1,000,000 people exceeds Threshold Percentage M of the number of Phase One Eligible Claimants serving 250,001 to 1,000,000 people.

  • The fourteenth part of the Required Participation Threshold is satisfied if, according to Exhibit F, the number of Phase Two Class Members serving 250,001 to 1,000,000 people exceeds Threshold Percentage N of the number of Phase Two Eligible Claimants serving 250,001 to 1,000,000 people.

  • The seventeenth part of the Required Participation Threshold is satisfied if, according to Exhibit N, the number of Class Members that have asserted any Claims against 3M in the Litigation exceeds Threshold Percentage Q of the number of Eligible Claimants that have asserted any Claims against 3M in the Litigation.

  • The twelfth part of the Required Participation Threshold is satisfied if, according to Exhibit F, the number of Phase Two Class Members serving 100,001 to 250,000 people exceeds Threshold Percentage L of the number of Phase Two Eligible Claimants serving 100,001 to 250,000 people.

Related to Required Participation Threshold

  • Restoration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.

  • Bid threshold means the dollar amount set in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-3, above which a Board shall advertise for and receive sealed bids in accordance with procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.

  • Participation Amount as defined in Section 3.4(b).

  • Participation Percentage means the rounded percentage of the total actual Project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the rounded percentage of the total actual Project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both percentages are identified in Appendix B. If the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Project costs identified in Appendix B, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • Required Percentage means, with respect to an Excess Cash Flow Period, 50%; provided, that (a) if the Net Total Leverage Ratio as at the end of the Excess Cash Flow Period is less than or equal to 3.50 to 1.00 but greater than 3.00 to 1.00, such percentage shall be 25% and (b) if the Net Total Leverage Ratio as at the end of the Excess Cash Flow Period is less than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00, such percentage shall be 0%.

  • Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.

  • Threshold Percentage means 15%.

  • Participation Quota means in relation to a Section, the decimal fraction allocated thereto in the Sectional Plan and which is calculated in terms of Section 32(1) of the Act.

  • Applicable Revolving Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Lender at any time, such Revolving Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Facility at such time.

  • Participation Percentages means the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the percentage of the total actual project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both of the percentages are identified in Appendix D. In the event that the total actual project costs exceed the estimated project costs identified in Appendix D, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7.

  • Applicable Commitment Percentage means, with respect to each Lender at any time, a fraction, the numerator of which shall be such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment and the denominator of which shall be the Total Revolving Credit Commitment, which Applicable Commitment Percentage for each Lender as of the Closing Date is as set forth in Exhibit A; provided that the Applicable Commitment Percentage of each Lender shall be increased or decreased to reflect any assignments to or by such Lender effected in accordance with Section 11.1.

  • Participation Maximum shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(a).

  • Swingline Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • Cash Percentage shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iii).

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($150,000,000) (as such amount may be increased as provided in Section 2.5 or reduced as provided in Section 2.9 from time to time).

  • Alteration Threshold means an amount equal to 5% of the outstanding principal amount of the Loan.

  • Participation Commitment means each Lender’s obligation to buy a participation of the Letters of Credit issued hereunder.

  • Participation Rate means the rate of interest payable on the Loan to Participant by Administrative Agent-Servicer.

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

  • Funding Percentage means with respect to any Payment Date, the percentage derived from the fraction the numerator of which is the Pre-Funded Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the aggregate Principal Balance of Receivables transferred to the Trust and the Pre-Funded Amount, in each case, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Simplified acquisition threshold means the dollar amount below which a district may purchase property or services using small pur- chase methods. Districts adopt small purchase procedures in order to expedite the purchase of items at or below the simplified acquisi- tion threshold. The simplified acquisition threshold for procurement activities administered under federal awards is set by the FAR at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below]. The district is responsi- ble for determining an appropriate simplified acquisition threshold based on internal controls, an evaluation of risk, and its docu- mented procurement procedures. However, in no circumstances can this threshold exceed the dollar value established in the FAR

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

  • Shift Percentage As to any Distribution Date occurring during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 0%. For any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, 30%; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, 40%; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, 60%; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, 80%; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, 100%.

  • Participation Date means the date the individual becomes a qualified participant in Tier 2 as determined under section 701a(1)(b).

  • Non-PO Percentage As to any Discount Mortgage Loan, a fraction (expressed as a percentage) the numerator of which is the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of such Discount Mortgage Loan and the denominator of which is the Required Coupon. As to any Non-Discount Mortgage Loan, 100%.
