Required Principal Payment Amount definition

Required Principal Payment Amount. For any Payment Date will be the amount by which (i) the sum of the Note Balances of the Class A Notes, the Mezzanine Notes and the Class B Notes, as of the day immediately preceding such Payment Date, exceeds (ii) the Pool Principal Balance as of such Payment Date minus the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Payment Date.
Required Principal Payment Amount is defined in Section 2.07(a)(ii).
Required Principal Payment Amount means, with respect to a Settlement Date, an amount equal to the difference (if any) of (x) the aggregate principal amount of the Loans outstanding as of such Settlement Date minus (y) the lesser of (i) the Scheduled Targeted Principal Balance applicable to such Settlement Date and (ii) the then most recent Appraised Fair Market Value of all Portfolio Railcars resulting from an Independent Appraisal conducted pursuant to Section 6.11(b)(i), Section 6.11(b)(ii), or Section 6.11(b)(iii).

  • If as a result of Realized Losses, the Amount Available on any Payment Date is insufficient to pay the full Required Principal Payment Amount for such Payment Date to the Noteholders, the Overcollateralization Amount will be reduced by the amount of that deficiency.

Required Principal Payment Amount means, in respect of each Drawing, an amount equal to the amount of such Drawing divided by (a) for a Drawing associated with an Aircraft whose Aircraft Age on the relevant Drawing Date is greater than five years, the difference of 216 minus “x” and (b) for a Drawing associated with an Aircraft whose Aircraft Age on the relevant Drawing Date is less than or equal to five years, the difference of 240 minus “x”, where, in each case, “x” is the number of months elapsed since the delivery date of such Aircraft from the manufacturer thereof (rounded upwards to the relevant whole integer) as at the Drawing Date for such Aircraft. For the avoidance of doubt, the Required Principal Payment Amount in respect of each Drawing shall be calculated on the Drawing Date for such Drawing.
Required Principal Payment Amount means an amount equal to 0.66667% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Drawings on the Effective Date.

Required Principal Payment Amount means, in respect of each Series A Loan and Series B Loan, the amount calculated by the Administrative Agent and agreed by the Borrower on or prior to the applicable Funding Date and included in the Amortization Supplement in respect of such Series A Loan and Series B Loan and reflecting a mortgage style (level pay) basis with average annual amortization through the applicable Maturity Date of 8.5% using an assumed interest rate based on the interpolated swap maturity of the weighted average life of the applicable Loan (assuming no prepayments).

  • Scheduled Principal Payment Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of (a) the Note Principal Amount on such Payment Date over (b) the Scheduled Note Principal Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Excess Subordinated Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date.
