Requisite Company Stockholders definition

Requisite Company Stockholders means those stockholders listed on Section 1.01(c) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
Requisite Company Stockholders means the Company Stockholders holding the required voting power to obtain the Company Stockholder Approval.

More Definitions of Requisite Company Stockholders

Requisite Company Stockholders means the holders of at least fifty-one (51%) of the then outstanding shares of preferred stock of the Company, voting together as a single class.
