Requisite Company Stockholders definition

Requisite Company Stockholders means those stockholders listed on Section 1.01(c) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
Requisite Company Stockholders means the Company Stockholders holding shares sufficient to effect the Company Stockholder Approval, each of which or whom is an “accredited investor” as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D under the Securities Act.
Requisite Company Stockholders has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.

More Definitions of Requisite Company Stockholders

Requisite Company Stockholders means the holders of at least fifty-one (51%) of the then outstanding shares of preferred stock of the Company, voting together as a single class.
