Research and Development Period definition

Research and Development Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until the first to occur of either of the following events: (a) the attainment of the Project Objective or (b) a joint determination by the parties hereto that the Project should be discontinued.
Research and Development Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and terminating on the second anniversary thereof.
Research and Development Period means the period commencing upon the Effective Date and terminating upon the second anniversary of the Effective Date, during which period the parties shall conduct Research and Development. The parties may extend the Research and Development Period for additional one (1) year periods upon mutually acceptable terms.

More Definitions of Research and Development Period

Research and Development Period means the period prior to September 30, 1999 or prior to the end of period ASC is conducting Research and Development Programs for New Products accepted by Pirelli, whichever is later.

Related to Research and Development Period

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Clinical Development means the conduct of clinical trials in humans to assess the dosing, safety and/or efficacy of the Product, including but not limited to Phase I Clinical Trials, Phase II Clinical Trials, Phase Ill Clinical Trials and Phase IV Clinical Trials.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • Land development means the erection of buildings or structures on land, or the change of use of land, including township establishment, the subdivision or consolidation of land or any deviation from the land use or uses permitted in terms of an applicable land use scheme;
