Research Share definition

Research Share means those revenues to be allocated directly for research purposes, if any, under the applicable University of California Patent Policy for each Subject Invention.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.
