Reservations System definition

Reservations System means the internal computerized airline passenger or cargo reservations system used by the personnel of an airline that contains information about flight schedules, fares, cargo rates, passenger and cargo tariff rules and seat availability of that airline and other carriers, and provides the ability to make reservations and issue tickets or air waybills.
Reservations System means any reservations system operated by Services Co or any of its Affiliates.
Reservations System means a proprietary telephonic and internet-based system maintained by HWI or its subsidiaries capable of taking reservations for Brand Hotels from customers located in the United States and its territories and possessions.

Reservations System means the internal computerized airline passenger or Cargo reservations system used by the Personnel of an airline or any other authorized non-airline or handling Personnel that contains information about flight schedules, fares, Cargo rates, passenger and Cargo tariff rules and flight availability of that airline and other carriers, and provides that ability to make reservations and issue Tickets or air way bills. ‘Significant Event’ means an emergency or serious incident or a serious threat relating to any of a party’s flights including Codeshare Services ‘Subsidiary’ of a party to this Agreement means a corporation in respect of which that party directly or indirectly owns or controls 100% of the voting stock having the right to vote at a general meeting of that corporation. ‘Taxes’ means any taxes, assessments, levies or fees. ‘Term’ means the term of this Agreement as determined under clause 19. ‘Ticket’ means a written or electronic document entitling the holder to travel on a particular airline service in a designated class on a Codeshare Service, and includes any form of electronic ticket recognized by the parties from time to time and, where the context so requires, includes a ticket for a single flight sector. In this Agreement unless contrary intention appears a reference to a clause, paragraph, annex or attachment is a reference to a clause or paragraph of or annex or attachment to this Agreement and references to this Agreement includes any recital, annex or attachment a reference to this Agreement or another instrumental includes any variation or replacement of wither of them; a reference to a statue, ordinance, or by-law includes regulations and other instruments under it and consolidations, amendments, re-enactments or replacements of any of them; the singular includes the plural and vice versa; the word person includes a firm, a body corporate, an unincorporated association or an authority; a reference to a party includes executors, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns of that party; a reference to a day is to be interpreted as the period of time commencing at midnight at the applicable local time and ending 24 hours later; ‘include’ or ‘including’ means ‘including without limitation’; and Headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect the meaning of this Agreement.
Reservations System. Means the method, arrangement, or procedure that owners in the same vacation ownership plan concurrently access to reserve the use and occupancy of an accommodation of the vacation ownership plan for one or more use periods, regardless of whether such reservation system is operated and maintained by the managing entity of the vacation ownership plan, an exchange company, or any other person or entity. In the event that an owner is required to use an exchange program as the owner’s principal means of obtaining the right to use and occupy the vacation ownership plan’s accommodations and facilities, such arrangement shall be deemed a reservation system for purposes of this Act.
