Examples of Reserve Account Release Amount in a sentence
The Borrower shall not be permitted to withdraw funds from the Reserve Account, provided that on any Quarterly Payment Date on or after the Initial Reserve Account Release Date, the Borrower shall be permitted to withdraw the Reserve Account Release Amount, if any, from the Reserve Account.
The risk of late payment by Obligors is in part mitigated by the Cash Reserve Account Release Amount (subject to the limitations set out in Condition 8.9 (Senior Expenses Deficit) of the Conditions), in the case of the Collateralised Notes, the use of the Principal Addition Amounts (subject to the limitations set out in Condition 8.9 (Senior Expenses Deficit) of the Conditions) and, in the case of all the Collateralised Notes, any excess spread applied through the Principal Deficiency Ledger.
If Borrower so off-sets the Take-Out Purchase Price, then Lender may apply an amount equal to the applicable Reserve Account Release Amount for such Take-Out Transaction to the repayment of the applicable Advances.
The Borrower shall remit the Take-Out Purchase Price by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account specified by the Lender on the date of the Take-Out Transaction; provided that the Borrower may off-set the Take-Out Purchase Price by an amount equal to the applicable Reserve Account Release Amount.
The Issuer will redeem the Liquidity Reserve Notes by the Liquidity Reserve Account Release Amount subject to the applicable Priority of Payments on the Payment Date immediately following the Relevant Collection Period during which the Issuer received any amount in respect of Principal Available.
