Reserve Infrastructure definition

Reserve Infrastructure means any and all streets, roadways, bridges and associated streetlights and sidewalks, traffic lights and traffic control signs on the Reserve for the provision of access to or from the Lands, driveways for access to or from Buildings and all water mains, lines, hydrants, connections and associated works on or under the Lands as necessary for the purpose of providing the Services to the Lands and Buildings.
Reserve Infrastructure means any and all streets, roadways, bridges and associated streetlights and sidewalks, traffic lights and traffic control signs on the Reserve for the provision of access to or from the Lands, driveways for access to or from Buildings and all water mains and distribution lines, hydrants, connections and associated works on or under the Lands as necessary for the purpose of providing the Services to the Lands and Buildings.
Reserve Infrastructure. Infrastructure necessary for the provision of the Transit Services on the Lands which includes, but it not limited to, roads, bus shelters, and benches.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.

  • Generating Facility means Developer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Developer’s Attachment Facilities.
