Residence Manager definition

Residence Manager means a person within the leadership structure who has knowledge and experience in recovery and recovery housing. They have the responsibility for managing and coordinating the Recovery Residence, in compliance with agency policies and procedures.

  • Under some circumstances, the Resident could be required to vacate the Residence building immediately, if the Resident’s conduct represents a risk to the safety, security or well-being of other Residents, as determined in the absolute discretion of the Residence Life Manager, the Residence Manager, and their superiors.

  • The resident may request for their sanction to be altered by suggesting options that are equivalent in nature to the original decision (this is not applicable to evictions).(c) Once the Appeal Request Form is received, a Residence Manager other than the initial decision maker will review the appeal request within 72 hours.
