Resident Data definition

Resident Data means information regarding or relating to Residents, including Personal Data and Energy Data that is submitted by the City to ICHOOSR subject to the provisions of the Texas Public Information Act, as amended and other applicable law.
Resident Data means the data, information and materials related to Residents provided by or on behalf of Customer under the Agreement, including but not limited to, Personally Identifiable Information. Resident Data does not include any Canine Data.
Resident Data means information regarding or relating to Residents, including Personal Data and Energy Data, that is submitted by THE CITY to ICHOOSR and subject to the provisions of the Texas Public Information Act;

  • To provide "one number, one card and one identity" to the family, a Jan Aadhaar Resident Data Repository will be established using the data compiled under the State Resident Data Hub and new enrolment of citizens under Rajasthan Jan Aadhaar Yojana.

More Definitions of Resident Data

Resident Data means all individually identifiable personal health, financial and demographic information relating to individuals residing at the Communities or receiving services from the Business located therein, including, but not limited to, “protected health information,” as that term is defined in 45 C.F.R. §160.103.

Related to Resident Data

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Resident Business or “Resident Contractor” means an entity that has a valid resident certificate issued by the NM Taxation and Revenue Department pursuant to Section 13-1-22 NMSA 1978.

  • Computer Systems means any of, or combination of, computer software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), information technology systems, applications, cloud-based storage platforms and systems, telecommunications capabilities (including voice, data or video networks), and other similar or related items of any automated, computerized or software system and any other network or system or related service that is owned, controlled, licensed, leased, operated, used, or held for use by the Borrower or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries in the conduct of its or their business.

  • small and medium-sized enterprises or ‘SMEs’ means small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC;

  • Resident physician means a physician enrolled in an internship, residency or fellowship.

  • Residential User means all dwelling units such as houses, buildings, mobile homes, apartments, permanent multi-family dwellings.

  • Computer System means (1) computers with related peripheral components, including storage components, (2) systems and applications software, (3) terminal devices, (4) related communications networks or customer communication systems, and (5) related electronic funds transfer systems; by which data or monies are electronically collected, transmitted, processed, stored or retrieved.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Resident bidder means a bidder that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in this state during the 12 calendar months immediately preceding submission of the bid, has a business address in this state and has stated in the bid whether the bidder is a “resident bidder” under this paragraph.

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
