Resident Review definition

Resident Review means a review conducted by the Addictions and Mental Health Division for individuals with mental illness or by the Aging and People with Disabilities Division for individuals with developmental disabilities who are residents of nursing facilities. The findings of the resident review may result in referral to PASRR Level II (42 CFR 483.114).
Resident Review means a review conducted by MHDDSD of individuals with MI or MR/DD who are residents of nursing facilities to determine whether the individual requires the level of services provided by the nursing facility and whether the individual requires Specialized Services.
Resident Review means a PASRR level II evaluation of a resident with serious mental illness and/or intellectual disability or related condition after that resident has experienced a significant change in physical or mental condition, as defined in this section.
