Resident spouse definition

Resident spouse means the spouse or domestic partner of a property owner who is not on the recorded deed.
Resident spouse means the spouse of an owner of a Lot who has actually resided in the Club for 183 or more days during the immediately preceding 12- month period. The term “Resident Spouse” will include a domestic partner provided the State of New Jersey has statutorily recognized such relationships.
