Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;
Resident Manager means an employee of a licensee, approved by the Department, who resides in an adult foster home, and is directly responsible for the care and services to support individuals on a day-to-day basis.
Personal supervision means the dentist is physically present in the treatment room to oversee and direct all intraoral or chairside services of the dental assistant trainee and a licensee or registrant is physically present to oversee and direct all extraoral services of the dental assistant.
