Residential Blocks definition

Residential Blocks means the two blocks (namely, Block A and Block B) constructed or to be constructed within the Estate for residential purposes in accordance with the said lease and also comprising certain Common Areas and Facilities;
Residential Blocks means the 5 blocks (namely, Block A, Block B, Block C, Block D and Block E) constructed or to be constructed within the Estate for residential purposes in accordance with the said lease and also comprising certain Common Areas and Facilities;
Residential Blocks means the residential blocks constructed or to be constructed within the Estate for private residential purposes together with such ancillary facilities in accordance with the said lease, and for the avoidance of doubt, the Residential Blocks shall not include such part forming part of the HA Accommodation erected within any such block;

Examples of Residential Blocks in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the contributions of such costs and expenses relating to the said shared residential areas and facilities (all being parts of the Residential Blocks Common Areas and Facilities) to be made by the Owners of the Estate in accordance with this Clause shall accrue to the Owners of the Residential Blocks and be credited towards such part of the management fund relating to the whole of the Residential Blocks.

Residential Blocks. The 3 low rise blocks (other than the Residential Towers) constructed or to be constructed on the Land for residential purposes in accordance with the Approved Plans and the Conditions and known or to be known respectively as Residential Blocks 1, 2 and 3.
