Health care institution means any facility as defined in
Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;
Health-care-insurance receivable means an interest in or claim under a policy of insurance which is a right to payment of a monetary obligation for health-care goods or services provided.
Home Institution means the institution where the student is currently enrolled as a degree seeking student and may be eligible for financial aid at the same institution.
Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.
Training Institution means the Grantee.
Eligible postsecondary institution means an institution as defined in Iowa Code section 261C.3.
private institution (“sefydliad preifat”) means an institution which is not publicly funded;
