Residential Compliance Manual definition

Residential Compliance Manual means the manual developed by the California Energy Commission, under Section 25402.1(e) of the Public Resources Code, to aid designers, builders, and contractors in meeting the requirements of the state’s 2005 Building Energy Efficiency Standards for low-rise residential buildings.

  • Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the framework included in the EA setting out modalities to be followed in assessing the potential adverse environmental and social impact associated with activities to be implemented under the Project, and the measures to be taken to offset, reduce, or mitigate such adverse impact.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
