Residential journeyman definition

Residential journeyman means an electrician licensed as residential journeyman electrician pursuant to OAC 158:40-7-2 and limited to performing residential electrical construction work.

Residential journeyman as used in this Agreement means persons qualified in the industry who have completed an apprenticeship program for the painting industry and/or has proven his/her proficiency as a mechanic to perform the duties pertaining to the Residential Painting and Decorating Industry as an Employee, and who has been in the trade for three (3) years or more, and who does not otherwise perform work under the scope of this agreement as a Contractor. A Residential Journeyman performs application and preparatory work.

  • Journeyman means a person working in an apprenticeable occupation who has successfully completed a registered apprenticeship program or who has worked the number of years required by established industry practices for that person’s particular trade or occupation. Acceptable graduate programs include all programs that assist the student in meeting the educational requirements in becoming a MFT, a licensed CSW, or a licensed Clinical Psychologist.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.
