Residential Project(s) definition

Residential Project(s) means any project, or part thereof, that involves or is related to any planned or existing structure(s) used, or intended to be used, in whole or in part, as a dwelling, including, but not limited to, condominiums, townhomes, single family homes, multi-family dwellings including apartment buildings, coach houses, mixed-use residential/commercial developments, and/or planned-unit developments, driveways, streets, sewer and water lines, garages, retaining walls, parking lots, fences, swimming pools, grading of lots, landscaping or other construction included in the plans.

Examples of Residential Project(s) in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other Ordinance provisions of the District, upon application and approval pursuant to Sections 5.2.4 and 5.2.5, Sewer Impact Fees shall be paid and collected for Qualified Residential Projects pursuant to the provisions of this Section.

  • For multifamily Qualified Residential Projects, a release from the deed of trust shall be executed by the District upon receipt of written request from the title company handling the permanent loan financing and the Administrator’s receipt of the Release From SHRA.

  • For multi-family Qualified Residential Projects, a release from the deed of trust shall be executed by the District upon receipt of written request from the title company handling the permanent loan financing and the Administrator’s receipt of the Release From SHRA or Agency of West Sacramento.

  • The Community Builder Units will be distributed throughout the Project Site on Lots that are identified and Approved by the Agency in the Major Phase Approval for each Major Phase which contains Residential Projects (each such Lot, a “Community Builder Lot”).

  • Residential Project means a redevelopment project that is

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Commercial project means any project, including, but not

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Non-Residential Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Developed Property for which a building permit(s) was issued for a non-residential use.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant,

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.

  • Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;

  • Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

  • Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 C.F.R. 184.4.

  • Affordable housing development means a development included in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and includes, but is not limited to, an inclusionary development, a municipal construction project or a 100 percent affordable development.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Mixed-use project means a project comprising both a qualified

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;
