Swimming Pools. Swimming pools shall be allowed only on lots approved by the Developer or Association, as the case may be and shall be located at the rear of the residence. All swimming pools shall have a perimeter enclosure, the plans for which, including landscaping plans, must be approved by the Developer or Association.
Swimming Pools. Swimming pools are for Boat Owner’s and immediate family members. All guests must be accompanied at all times by the Boat Owners. Pool hours: 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. Weather permitting, pool will open approximately April 15th and close approximately October 1st. Rules are posted in pool areas and are considered as an addendum to this document. No lifeguard is supplied by Xxxxxx. Swimming is at your own risk. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Swimming Pools. In-ground swimming pools must be installed in accordance with any and all local codes and zoning requirements. No above ground pools shall be permitted. All pools must have lockable fencing and must be kept locked when not occupied. Fences must otherwise comply with the requirements set forth in Articles VII, paragraph 19 herein.
Swimming Pools. No above-ground swimming pools shall be permitted. No in-ground pool shall be installed without the prior approval of the Architectural Review Board.
Swimming Pools. Employees mentioned in this section shall be paid the amount per hour assigned to that classification. Junior pool attendants, locker attendants or kiosk attendants (under 18 years of age) 12.40 18 years of age and over: Adult rate Provided that in respect of employees mentioned in this division, the hours worked shall be those which are mutually agreed upon by the employer and the employees concerned having regard to the requirements of the service, and they shall not be subject to penalty rates.
Swimming Pools. No above ground swimming pools shall be constructed on any lot.
Swimming Pools. No above-ground swimming pools shall be permitted in the Subdivision, except that small, inflatable wading pools shall be permitted. In-ground swimming pools are permitted, provided they are completely fenced in and further provided that the pool, fence and other facilities must be approved pursuant to Article IX of the Declaration.
Swimming Pools. No swimming pool may be installed without a privacy fence shielding such pool from the street. Above ground pools shall be permitted only with the written approval of the Architectural Control Committee. Swimming pools shall be constructed and located in a manner that does not allow the overflow to drain onto or across adjacent property.
Swimming Pools. In the event that YISD uses a CITY swimming pool, as further described in Attachment “A,” outside of normal hours, YISD shall pay the adopted fee.
4.6-1 CITY facilities described in Attachment “A” that are outside of the YISD boundary may be requested by YISD; however, first priority will be granted to CITY and the second priority will be granted to the school district within the boundary, provided there is an Interlocal Agreement with that district.
4.6-2 YISD will be given second priority after any CITY use for the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Pool unless there is an Interlocal Agreement between the CITY and Xxxxxxx Independent School District (hereinafter “SISD”).
