Swimming Pools. Swimming pools shall be allowed only on Lots approved by the Association and shall be located at the rear of a residence. All swimming pools shall have a perimeter enclosure, the plans for which, including landscaping plans, must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. The construction of any swimming pool shall conform to all applicable government regulations. No above-ground swimming pools shall be permitted.
Swimming Pools. No above-ground swimming pools shall be permitted. No in-ground pool shall be installed without the prior approval of the Architectural Review Board.
Swimming Pools. In-ground swimming pools must be installed in accordance with any and all local codes and zoning requirements. No above ground pools shall be permitted. All pools must have lockable fencing and must be kept locked when not occupied. Fences must otherwise comply with the requirements set forth in Articles VII, paragraph 19 herein.
Swimming Pools. Swimming pools are for Boat Owner’s and immediate family members. All guests must be accompanied at all times by the Boat Owners. Pool hours: 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. Weather permitting, pool will open approximately April 15th and close approximately October 1st. Rules are posted in pool areas and are considered as an addendum to this document. No lifeguard is supplied by Xxxxxx. Swimming is at your own risk. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Swimming Pools. For all properties rented with a swimming pool, the owner is obliged to provide a conformed security system. This device will be explained to the tenant upon their arrival but does not take away the need for close surveillance of your children. If you decide to not switch on a security device or to remove a swimming pool protection in the rental property, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Properties can not be held responsible for any accidents that may result.
Swimming Pools. All homes with swimming pools must provide a written confirmation that have been inspected and meet municipal By-Law requirements. (eg. enclosed with a fence and latched gate). The Day Care provider agrees to prohibit the use and access to all standing bodies of water and recreational in-ground/above ground swimming pools, portable, “kiddie” inflatable wading-type, and hydro-massage pools, hot tubs, and spas located on the premises of any home as well as the use of any wading pool in local parks and/or community settings. Providers can use splash pads, sprinklers, or hoses on their premises. Children can also enjoy water play in sensory tables. Children must be supervised at all times...

(a) Composition shall be of material thoroughly tested and accepted by the industry for such construction.
(b) Swimming pools, pool decks, and patio and terrace slabs may not extend into the minimum front yard and side yard setbacks. The rear yard setback for the pool edge coping of an open swimming pool shall require prior approval by the ARB. The rear yard setback for patio and terrace slabs and for pool decks shall require prior written approval of the ARB.
(c) Swimming pools shall not be constructed or erected above ground.
Swimming Pools. The ordinary hours of work of all employees employed at swimming pools shall be determined by ICC after consultation with the employees concerned. Except in the case of managers, caretakers or persons in charge, such hours may be worked on the basis of a split shift within a spread of twelve (12) hours from the starting time each day with not more than two (2) breaks other than meal breaks or rest pauses.
