Swimming Pools. Use of a swimming pool requires the support services of a Certified Lifeguard.
Swimming Pools. Swimming pools shall be allowed only on Lots approved by the Association and shall be located at the rear of a residence. All swimming pools shall have a perimeter enclosure, the plans for which, including landscaping plans, must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. The construction of any swimming pool shall conform to all applicable government regulations. No above-ground swimming pools shall be permitted.
Swimming Pools. In-ground swimming pools must be installed in accordance with any and all local codes and zoning requirements. No above ground pools shall be permitted. All pools must have lockable fencing and must be kept locked when not occupied. Fences must otherwise comply with the requirements set forth in Articles VII, paragraph 19 herein.

Swimming Pools. 1. The season of use of the pools will be determined by the Club Management, setting dates and times of opening and closing. The Club will not be responsible for any damage to persons or things caused by their use in periods when, by decision of the Club Management or outside the established schedules, they must remain closed, reserving the adoption of measures for those who violate this provision.
2. Children under 16 years of age are not authorized to use the pool.
3. The rules for the use of the pool can be found at the entrance to the pool or at the Club reception.
4. All users must abide by the indications that may be given by those responsible for the facilities.
Swimming Pools. Swimming pools are for Boat Owner’s and immediate family members. All guests must be accompanied at all times by the Boat Owners. Pool hours: 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. Weather permitting, pool will open approximately April 15th and close approximately October 1st. Rules are posted in pool areas and are considered as an addendum to this document. No lifeguard is supplied by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Swimming is at your own risk. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Swimming Pools. In the event that YISD uses a CITY swimming pool, as further described in Attachment “A,” outside of normal hours, YISD shall pay the adopted fee.
4.6-1 CITY facilities described in Attachment “A” that are outside of the YISD boundary may be requested by YISD; however, first priority will be granted to CITY and the second priority will be granted to the school district within the boundary, provided there is an Interlocal Agreement with that district.
4.6-2 YISD will be given second priority after any CITY use for the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pool unless there is an Interlocal Agreement between the CITY and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Independent School District (hereinafter “SISD”).
Swimming Pools. You understand and agree that swimming pools, whether community pools or private pools, are strictly and amenity and that the use or availability of any pool amenity is not guaranteed by CDR under this Rental Agreement. No refunds or adjustments will be given as a result of any condition, interruption in availability, or lack of availability of any community or private pool.
Swimming Pools. The ordinary hours of work of all employees employed at swimming pools shall be determined by ICC after consultation with the employees concerned. Except in the case of managers, caretakers or persons in charge, such hours may be worked on the basis of a split shift within a spread of twelve (12) hours from the starting time each day with not more than two (2) breaks other than meal breaks or rest pauses.
