Residual Collateral definition

Residual Collateral means any Pledged Collateral described in Section 2(b) that does not constitute (i) Material Pledged Subsidiary Capital Stock or (ii) Available Assets Collateral.
Residual Collateral has the meaning set forth in the definition of Collateral.
Residual Collateral means all of Borrower's right, title and interest in and to any and all proceeds remaining following the foreclosure or other realization by or on behalf of Lender's lien or security interest in the Real Property and improvements thereon.
