Residual Fund definition

Residual Fund means all monies or Shares directed to be held as part of the Residual Fund or for which no specific provision is made (other than under Clause 14 of the Trust Deed) and the income (if any) arising therefrom all of which shall be held in accordance with Clause 14.

Residual Fund means the fund so designated, created and established pursuant to Section 5.02 hereof.

Examples of Residual Fund in a sentence

• The remainder is deposited into the Residual Fund which may be used for any authorized Commission purposes.

More Definitions of Residual Fund

Residual Fund means the Residual Fund established by Section 7.1.
