Residual Units definition

Residual Units means Class B Units and/or Class C Units.
Residual Units means the Series M-R Units and the Series Z-R Units.
Residual Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.

Examples of Residual Units in a sentence

  • The FCT shall not be entitled to issue further Residual Units after the Closing Date.

  • Units represent, in respect of a Member, the Membership Interest of a Member in Company at any particular time, whether classified as Shortfall Return Units, Preferred Return Units, Common Return Units, Residual Units, Class A Preferred Units or Excess Units.

More Definitions of Residual Units

Residual Units means, collectively, Earthbound I Class B Common Units, Earthbound I Class C Management Units, Earthbound I Class C-1 Management Units, and Bonus Points.
Residual Units are calculated by subtracting (i) the IPO Units and the General Partner Units from (ii) the Total Units Outstanding.
