Residual Waste Bag definition

Residual Waste Bag means a plastic bag for Residual Waste which measures not more than 66 centimetres by 90 centimetres (26 inches by 36 inches) and is capable of supporting 20 kilograms (44 pounds) without tearing or breaking when lifted.

  • Residual Waste means low-level radioactive waste resulting from processing or decontamination activities that cannot be easily separated into distinct batches attributable to specific waste generators. This waste is attributable to the processor or decontamination facility, as applicable.

  • Animal waste means any waste consisting of animal matter that has not been processed into food for human consumption.

  • Waste pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, non-flowing waste that is used for treatment or storage.

  • Universal waste means any of the following hazardous wastes that are managed pursuant to the universal waste requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 733:

  • e-waste means electrical and electronic equipment, whole or in part discarded as waste by the consumer or bulk consumer as well as rejects from manufacturing, refurbishment and repair processes;

  • Solid Waste Disposal Facility means any facility involved in the disposal of solid waste, as defined in NCGS 130A-290(a)(35).

  • Waste oil means used or spent oil or solvents or other volatile hydrocarbons, including but not limited to crankcase oil.
