Resignation and Appointment definition

Resignation and Appointment means the consummation of the actions contemplated by this Section 15 of this Second Amendment on the Agency Transfer Date pursuant to the Resignation and Appointment Agreement and the Security Trust Resignation and Appointment Deed.

  • Initial appointment means appointment made otherwise than by promotion or transfer;
