Resignation Notice Period definition

Resignation Notice Period means the period, not less than 60 days, between the date Executive provides the Company with written notice of his intent to resign from employment with the Company and the intended effective date of such resignation.
Resignation Notice Period means has the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 5.1(e).

  • The Company reserves the right to require Executive not to be in the offices of the Company or any of its affiliates and/or not to undertake all or any of Executive’s duties and/or not to contact clients, colleagues or advisors of the Company or any of its affiliates during all or part of the Resignation Notice Period.

  • Employee shall continue to work for the Company during the Resignation Notice Period unless the Company waives this obligation, in which case the Company will pay Employee any accrued and unpaid wages and vacation pay, less permitted statutory deductions and withholdings to the end of the Resignation Notice Period.

  • During the Resignation Notice Period, the Company, in its sole discretion, may elect to accelerate Executive’s date of termination of employment, it being understood that any such termination shall still be treated as a voluntary resignation without Good Reason for purposes of this Agreement.

Related to Resignation Notice Period

  • Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;

  • Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 2.6(f).

  • Special Termination Notice means the Notice of Special Termination substantially in the form of Annex VII to this Agreement.

  • Notice Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).

  • Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).

  • Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date.   • Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.

  • Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.

  • Servicer Termination Notice Defined in Section 6.15.

  • Call Option Notice means a written notice from the holder of the Call Option or the Administrator, as applicable, stating its desire to exercise the Call Option on the related Reset Date, delivered to each Clearing Agency, the Indenture Trustee, the Remarketing Agents, the Rating Agencies and, if the related class of Reset Rate Notes is then listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, the Administrator will forward a copy to the Luxembourg Listing Agent (the contents of which are to be published in a leading newspaper having general circulation in Luxembourg).

  • Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.

  • Resignation Letter means a letter substantially in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Form of Resignation Letter).

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • Acceleration Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2.
