Resolution of Disputes Procedures definition

Resolution of Disputes Procedures means the procedures described in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.

  • Any small deviation from commonly accepted rules in a team reveals “an economically meaningful departure” from team values (Hellmann et al., 2019).

  • If the Corporate Taxpayer and the Agent, for any reason, are unable to successfully resolve the issues raised in such notice within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt by the Corporate Taxpayer of the Material Objection Notice, the Corporate Taxpayer and the Agent shall employ the Reconciliation Procedures under Section 7.10 or Resolution of Disputes Procedures under Section 7.9, as applicable.

  • This Section 2 and County action hereunder shall not be subject to the Resolution of Disputes Procedures hereinbefore set out.

  • This Section 2 and County action hereunder shall not be subject to the 22 Resolution of Disputes Procedures hereinbefore set out.

  • The County agrees to include in its 22 by this Agreement, but makes no guarantee as to the passage of such budget 24 action hereunder shall not be subject to the Resolution of Disputes Procedures 25 hereinbefore set out.

Related to Resolution of Disputes Procedures

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolving disputes as set out in Clause 17 (Dispute Resolution);

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School.
