Respective Part of the Program definition

Respective Part of the Program means, for the Recipient and for any Program Implementing Entity, the part of the Program specified in the Legal Agreements to be implemented by it.
Respective Part of the Program means: (a) with respect to the Borrower, the Program activities described in sub-paragraphs 4(c), (d), and (e) of Schedule 1 to this Agreement to be implemented by MWR, specifically YRCC; and (b) with respect to the Program Implementing Entities, the Program activities described in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and sub- paragraphs 4 (a), (b) and (e) of Schedule 1 to this Agreement to be implemented by the Program Implementing Entities within their respective jurisdiction.
Respective Part of the Program means: (a) with respect to Guangxi, the activities under the Program to be implemented by Guangxi within its jurisdiction; and (b) with respect to Guizhou, the activities under the Program to be implemented by Guizhou within its jurisdiction.

  • To this end, the Program Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Program in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Program.

  • The Program Implementing Entity shall, and shall cause the Demonstration Sub-provincial Entities to, monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Part of the Program and prepare Program Reports for its Respective Part of the Program in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions.

  • The Program Implementing Entity shall, not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, hire, and thereafter maintain, throughout the period of Program implementation, verification agent(s) having experience and qualifications in the relevant technical fields, acceptable to the Bank, and under terms of reference, including a time-table and adequate budget for its activities, acceptable to the Bank, to monitor and verify the achievement of the DLRs related to its Respective Part of the Program.

  • The Program Implementing Entity shall maintain, until the completion of the Program, a Program Implementing Unit (“PIU”) in each Implementing Agency, with composition, resources, and terms of reference acceptable to the Bank, to be responsible for day-to-day implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the Respective Part of the Program by the Implementing Agency, all as set forth in the POM.

  • Without limitation on the generality of Part A of this Section I, the Program Implementing Entity shall, throughout the implementation of the Program, assign and maintain adequate resources, staffing and facilitation including the identification of and provision of training opportunities, as acceptable to the Association, to fulfill the RP Respective Part of the Program, as may be further detailed in the Program Operational Manual.

  • To this end, the Program Implementing Entity shall carry out the HEC Respective Part of the Program in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the HEC Respective Part of the Program.


More Definitions of Respective Part of the Program

Respective Part of the Program means: (a) with respect to Hunan Province, the activities under Program to be implemented within its respective jurisdiction; and (b) with respect to Jiangxi Province, the activities under Program to be implemented within its respective jurisdiction.
Respective Part of the Program means the Program activities described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement to be implemented by the Program Implementing Entities within their respective jurisdiction.
Respective Part of the Program means the part of the Program for which each Implementing Agency is responsible, as set forth in the POM.
Respective Part of the Program means (a) in the case of ZESCO Part A.1, B and C of the Program; and (b) in the case of REA part A.2 of the Program.
Respective Part of the Program means, activities to be carried out by each of the Program Implementing Entities, with respect to: (a) HEC, Part 2 of the Program;
Respective Part of the Program means for purposes of the General Conditions, the part of the Program specified in the Operation Agreement to be carried out by the Implementing Entity or the respective Implementing Agency, as set forth in the Operation Manual.

Related to Respective Part of the Program

  • Respective Part of the Project means, for the Recipient and for any Project Implementing Entity, the part of the Project specified in the Legal Agreements to be carried out by it.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Dependent care assistance program or "DCAP" means a benefit plan whereby school employees may pay for certain employment related dependent care with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 129 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.

  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families-Unemployed Parent or "TANF-UP" means the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program for families in which both natural or adoptive parents of a child reside in the home and neither parent is exempt from the Virginia Initiative for Employment Not Welfare (VIEW) participation under § 63.2-609.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database means that—

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Motor Sport Activities means any motor sport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which CAMS regulates or administers by CAMS or otherwise under the responsibility / control of CAMS;

  • Reasonable further progress means such annual incremental reductions in emissions of the relevant air pollutant as are required by the applicable implementation plan or may reasonably be required by the Director for the purpose of ensuring attainment of the applicable ambient air quality standard by the applicable date.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Educator preparation program means a planned sequence of academic courses and experiences leading to a recommendation for licensure by the State Board.

  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children means: • Protecting children from maltreatment• Preventing impairment of children’s mental or physical health or development• Ensuring that children grow up in circumstances consistent with the provision of safe and effective care• Taking action to enable all children to have the best outcomes
